The annual Rhode Island/Connecticut NOSB Regional Competition, the Quahog Bowl, is being run by CT Sea Grant and UCONN this year. The Regional Coordinator contact is: High school teams, comprised of four members, an alternate and a coach, may apply to compete in the early fall of each year. The Regional competition takes place this year at University of Connecticut Avery Point Campus on February 9, 2008. Registration will be only through the regional coordinator this year. The winning team from each Regional competition participates in the National competition. This year the nationals are in Seward, Alaska, April 25-27 2008.
