Blackstone River

The Blackstone River begins in the hills of Worchester, MA and flows 48 miles to Rhode Island and into Narragansett Bay near Providence, RI. The Blackstone watershed has been a center of industrial activity since the early 19th century. The watershed encompasses 29 communities and includes the second and third largest population centers in New England.
